Our latest endevour.........Home Brew!
We are in the process of making our own version of our favorite Micro Brews that we will share with our friends. Complete with our own label. We will have some Amber, Red Ale, IPA, Pale Ale, Dark IPA and a special Porter that you wont be able to resist!
Our first release will be in December 2011 to our family and friends; and of course; if you buy or sell a home with us, you will get a personalized "1/2 gal Growler bottle" made in Germany that you can refill anytime at the local brewery where we have our brew made.

Today was our first day of brewing and man did we have a lot of fun! Below are some details of the process we followed to make our beer. A batch of Red Rye & a fine batch of India Pale Ale.

Into the storage keg w/yeast for fermentation for 3-4 weeks....we'll be ready by Thanksgiving!
Then we'll bottle it up!
